Gores Technology Group recently completed the acquisition of CSC Artemis, a subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corporation. There are over 2,000 users of Artemis project management software around the world, many in the engineering and construction industries.
Based in Los Angeles, Gores has acquired 12 companies since 1978, many in the CAD industry including Applicon, Computer Design and GRAFTEK (now known as First CAD/CAM). Annual revenues currently exceed $100 million. As part of the agreement CSC will continue to use Artemis in its consulting work.
